The Maine Association of Area Agencies on Aging, or M4A, represents all 5 of Maine’s Area Agencies on Aging. For over 3 decades, Maine’s 5 Area Agencies on Aging have pursued their role under the Older American’s Act of 1965, serving as strong advocates and coordinators of services on behalf of older Mainers.
M4A’s primary purpose is to unify and strengthen the voices of Maine’s Area Agencies on Aging to promote policies and educational programs that will benefit older Mainers and those advocating on their behalf.
